ENG_the design of the residential urban district of Santa Veneranda in Pesaro built by the Mulazzani SpA Company, was a great professional experience that saw me engaged daily for many years, in the design and direction of the works and in the artistic direction of the entire complex building. From the first block of 50 terraced houses, the restyling of an original project by Eng. Towers and architects Angelini and Battimelli, consisting of five tower buildings with two commercial connecting blocks, on which I redesigned the subdivision and furnishing of all internal housing units and all building fronts, including the eight-pitched star roof with extrados beams. A particular mention on the eighth and ninth floors of each tower where the four apartments on two levels constitute an attic with a super penthouse with a breathtaking view of the city and the sea on the horizon.
ITA_la progettazione del quartiere urbano residenziale della celletta di Santa Veneranda a Pesaro costruito dall’Impresa Mulazzani SpA, è stata una grande esperienza professionale che mi ha visto impegnato giornalmente per molti anni, nella progettazione e direzione dei lavori e nella direzione artistica dell’intero complesso edilizio. Dal primo blocco di 50 case a schiera si è passato al restyling di un progetto originario dell’ing. Torri e degli architetti Angelini e Battimelli, costituito cinque edifici a torre con due blocchi commerciali di collegamento, in merito ai quali ho riprogettato la suddivisione e arredo di tutte le unità abitative interne e tutti i fronti edilizi, compreso la copertura a stella a otto falde con travi estradossate. Una particolare menzione all’ottavo e nono piano di ogni torre dove i quattro appartamenti su due livelli costituiscono un attico con super attico con vista mozzafiato della città e del mare all’orizzonte.
